Cancellation Policy

All Complimentary Consultation Types: Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask you request 24 hours in advance; you can reach our Catering & Events Director Lori Steward by phone or text at 302-545-8000 or at Lori@savoracatering.com. Please not, cancellations that occur under 24 hours may be subject to a booking fee. In Person Consultations can include booked or perspective venues; we will assist you with setting up venue meetings as needed and encourage you to check our our Preferred Vendors List! Savora Catering & Events will work hard to arrange a time that works best for you to find your perfect venue! In person meeting of 25+ miles from Newark, Delaware off site are subject to a booking fee (applied to your contract upon booking).
